HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! My 2013 Highlights!!! Plus New Years Eve Makeup!

I just want to take the time and look back at 2013 and share a few highlights during this year.

I completed my first year as a Registered Nurse at the hospital I work at. I have learned so much working there and will continue to learn each and everyday. I think the real learning is by experience.

I loved the show Dexter and yes I was upset with how they ended it this year. 😦 Stupid writers!

Books

I didn’t get to read many books this year. I read a few but none of them stuck out in my mind. I am currently reading the new Nicholas Sparks book. I will share with you my favorite book at least.

Anyway I hope that you enjoyed this post. Don’t forget to comment down below if you have any post requests. Hope you all enjoy your New Years! I am relaxing at home right now until my boyfriend gets home from work. Hopefully that will be before the clock strikes midnight! Right now it is -17 F below (earlier it was -20 F) so I did enjoy myself a cup of hot cocoa! I did miss the marshmallows in it!  😦
Tomorrow I plan to post, “TAG: Best of 2013.” Then December Favorites soon after that!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

Em Cosmetics: The Life Palette Mini “Holiday Life: New Year’s Countdown Edition” Review + Tutorial

So with New Years Eve being today I thought that it was an appropriate time to do this review of the Life Palette Mini Holiday Life: New Year’s Countdown Edition. Em Cosmetics is a company that was started by Michelle Phan who is a very popular YouTuber. I did do a post already on some of their products so you can check that out here: https://thebeautydeputy.wordpress.com/2013/10/04/makeup-brand-review-em-cosmetics-by-michelle-phan/

The Life palette is a huge palette that includes eye shadows, cheek products, and lip products all in one. Each Life Palette has 4 separate parts that can be used to make a look. There are a few options such as: beach life, career life, night life, etc. Well they recently came out with 2 Mini Life Palettes. I decided to get both on the Cyber Monday sale because it was buy one get one. So I paid $29 for both palettes which I can’t complain about. I plan on doing a review and a makeup look with the other one that I got also, but that post will be after the New Year.

THE PALETTE

I think that Michelle Phan does an awesome job on the outer packaging. It does really catch the eye with the details and the wonderful colors.

IMG_0184

The packaging opens up to see the palette. On the flap is shows 2 looks created and it says, “inspired by the reminiscence of the past year and the celebration of a new year to come.” You can watch the tutorials at emcomsetics.com.

IMG_0185

The back of the packaging.

IMG_0186

I think that the actual palette packaging itself is boring! When I compare it to the outer packaging I especially think it is boring! But, that is just my personal opinion. I love color! You can’t see this in the photo but there are a bunch of words such as: embark, emerge, esteem, embellish, and a few others. I even have a hard time seeing it in person because it is clear words against white. I think it would have been so much better if those letters were colorful. But, I did say the same thing in my last Em Cosmetics post, so my opinion hasn’t changed. It is nice and sturdy and has magnetic closure. The palette came with a mini 2 sided brush which is a nice bonus, although I would rather use my actual brushes.

IMG_0198

It has a nice mirror. That can be a pro or con to some people. Personally I never use the mirrors included in palettes (except for my Vice 2).

IMG_0188

So here is the close up of the eye shadows included in this palette. I do think the colors are perfect for this time of year. I love my berry burgundy colors!

IMG_0189

All the colors on the outside of the palette, except for the 2 small pans on the upper right corner are eye shadows. Those 2 upper right ones are both lip products. The middle pan is a blush.

The picture below shows how the colors are placed in the palette and the amount included (6.7 g 0.237 oz)

States it is “the life palette mini refillable eye, cheek, and lip palette.” Look at the photo above and look for the small little openings by each other. Em Cosmetics has a tool that you can use to get the pan out. Otherwise I’m sure there is something around home that a person could use to get the colors out.

IMG_0192

So here comes the swatches!

EYESHADOWS

Sequin dress: I’m not impressed with this color at all. It has very chunky glitter. I have no idea where I would use this shade, except for a tiny bit in the inner corner. Also it is in a bigger eye shadow pan when it should be in a smaller one. The color itself is very pretty: a very light champagne gold.

Good Cheers!: I do like this color. I think that it is a complimenting color to add to the palette. It is a good color to add in the crease or add in the inner part of the eyelid. The color is pretty: a medium orange beige with glitter.

Couples gold: I’m glad that this color is in a larger pan because it will be my most used color. It is a gorgeous pigmented deep shimmery gold. It is a good color to use on the eyelid.

Cranberry Cocktail: I wish that this color was in a little bigger pan because I think this is a perfect crease color to use to get the perfect New Years look! I would describe it as a pigmented shimmery cranberry mauve.

Happy New Year!: I would describe this color as a deep chocolate brown with silver glitter. This color would work well as a liner. I think that it is a very pretty color. It is pigmented, but a little streaky.

Clock Strikes Midnight: I would describe this color as a matte navy blue. I do think that this color is a nice color to have included in the palette. It is always nice to have a darker matte shade. This color is very pigmented.

So that ends the eye shadow colors! Overall I do like the colors included, except for the first one. I think that they could have done a much better job with it and included a shimmery champagne color without all that chunky glitter that won’t blend.

IMG_0190

Swatches are from left to right and in order from the description above.

CHEEK & LIP

Countdown: the biggest pan in the middle is the cheek product. I do think the color is very fitting for the palette name and concept. Since it is so dark and pigmented a light touch of the brush works well. I would describe the color as: a shimmery taupe berry.

Sparkling Punch: I would describe this lip product more as a lipstick and describe the color as a deep berry color. I haven’t really had that much chance to use this color yet, but I have used it once and I do like the color on my lips. It does look overpowering in the pan, but it gives the lips a nice winter berry color.

Stroke of Plum: I would describe this lip product as more of a lipgloss and describe the color as a soft shimmery mauve pink. The lip gloss itself isn’t sticky, but doesn’t add that much color to the lip. It adds more shimmer than anything. It does look really nice over the lipstick described above.

IMG_0191

THE LOOK I CREATED

So now for the New Years look I created using this palette. I tried to take a good photo so you could see the shimmer, but I had a hard time getting the photo the way I wanted it.

IMG_0310

IMG_0308

IMG_0317

IMG_0318

So how did I get this look using this palette? It is very simple, but I think it is very pretty!

IMG_0321

A picture of all the products I used.

Some more pictures of the products I used..

IMG_0344

The Balm’s Overshadow in, “Work is overrated.”

IMG_0345

Em Cosmetics Shade Play- Lip color mixing palette in, “mix it up roses.’ I added all the colors together except the top 2 colors and I created the color on the middle right side in the mixing pan.

IMG_0342

The eyeliners I used: 1) Em Cosmetics Waterliner in Ro’s Gold. 2) Minerelles Eye Pencil Crayon in Charcoal.

IMG_0323

My Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes mascara and Younique’s 3D lashes (I plan on doing a review on this, but it basically is false lashes being applied like mascara.)

IMG_0247

My favorite highlighter: Mary-Lou Manizer which is perfect for a New Years look!

The Steps…

  1.  Add face primer and foundation (I used a sample of Benefit’s POREfessional for primer and Tarte’s Amazonian Clay Powder foundation)
  2. Add Urban Decay’s Original Primer Potion
  3. Add couples gold all over the lid, except for the outer corner
  4. Add cranberry cocktail to the crease and outer V
  5. Add good cheers! to the inner part of the eye over couples gold
  6. Blend everything together
  7. Add sequin dress in the inner corner
  8. If I was to do this look again I would add either happy new year or clock strikes midnight to the outer V to add more definition
  9. Add a charcoal eyeliner to the upper lash line
  10. Add a gold colored eyeliner to the water line
  11. Apply overshadow all over the lid to add shimmer
  12. Apply mascara and false lashes or Younique’s 3D lashes
  13. Apply blush
  14. You can also add bronzer between steps 12 and 13.
  15. Apply highlighter
  16. Apply lipstick and lip-gloss
  17. Go out and enjoy the night!

For more information on em cosmetics their website is emcosmetics.com. This palette is also on sale right now for $25.00.

I hope you enjoyed this post. Comment down below if you have heard of Em Cosmetics or if you have heard of Younique 3D lashes. I love hearing from you all! Also comment down below and let me know what your New Years Eve or New Years Day plans are!

HAPPY NEW YEARS!

Lush Jumping Juniper Shampoo Bar Review

I never really heard about shampoo bars until I went into a Lush store. I thought it was a neat idea, but wondered how could that work the same as liquid shampoo. Yet I knew I had to test it out!  I decided on the Jumping Juniper shampoo bar. Lush has quite a few different shampoo bar options such as: hair growth, oily hair, dry hair, tangled and unruly locks, and many more. Well I am a person that washes their hair everyday. I know I know it’s bad on my hair, but my hair does get oily if I don’t do that. I decided on the Lumping Juniper one because it’s formulated for oily hair and it did smell the best. I also got a little tin case for storage.

What does Lush say about this shampoo bar?

Herbal hair magic to transform oily hair

Our purple shampoo bar jumps into action to sort out oil problems on top. It cleans away grease and balances sebum production for soft, shiny (in the good way) hair. Fruity juniperberry oil sorts out your oily, congested scalp, while lemon and lime make your hair clean and shiny and give it an extra fresh scent. The incredible herbal duo, lavender and rosemary are superpowers if you’re having troubles in the oil department. Rosemary has been used for hundreds of years for its anti-bacterial capabilities while lavender is known for its ability to balance and soothe the scalp. You’ll be jumping for joy in no time!

http://www.lushusa.com/Jumping-Juniper/00554,en_US,pd.html#start=4

Some features that Lush describes

  • Puts the jump into it: Citrus oils of lemon and lime add shine and bounce to your style.
  • Herbal wonders: Lavender and rosemary work to soothe scalps and balance oil production to improve the condition of your hair.
  • Very berry: Juniperberry oil is astringent and decongests oil build-up on hair.

The Ingredients

Sodium Lauryl Sulfate , Lavender Decoction (Lavendula hybrida) , Rosemary Decoction (Rosmarinus officinalis), Juniperberry Oil (Juniperus communis) , Lemon Oil (Citrus limonum) , Lime Oil (Citrus aurantifolia) , *Citral, *Limonene , Perfume , D&C
Violet No. 2

The Pictures

DSC00642

What I thought of the shampoo bar?

Pros

  • smells like lavender and lemon which I think smells good
  • Doesn’t have an overpowering smell
  • Perfect for travel
  • Lathers really well (can be a pro and a con)
  • Super easy to use
  • Makes my hair feel really clean
  • It is good for my greasy hair (My hair still looks good the next morning, but at middle to end of the day it’s getting oily.)
  • Has mostly natural ingredients
  • Lasts a long time (The employee at Lush told me it lasts about 80 washes. I have not been counting, but I do have a lot left.)
  • Product is Vegan and cruelty free

Cons

  • Dries out hair if used too often or everyday (due to the con down below)
  • Has sodium lauryl sulfate in it which is a surfactant (allows water and oil to become mixed). This is a big con for me. SLS causes the lather, but it is also very drying to the hair and the scalp. When products say they’re sulfate free it means that the product was formulated without SLS.
  • Hard to get the shampoo bar out of the container (make sure to open the container before getting your hands wet otherwise it is impossible to open and also the container has just enough room to house the shampoo bar so there is no wiggle
room making it hard to get the shampoo bar out because it likes to stick to the bottom)
  • Price: $10.95 which is kind of expensive for a shampoo bar, but it is Lush

All in all I did like this shampoo bar, but I am still disappointed that they used sulfates in their products. I am still a big Lush fan and will always love Lush products. Lush does have a lot of really good ingredients that they use in their products. But, hopefully one day they will go sulfate free! Let me know if you have tried any shampoo bars from Lush or any other brand.

Also check out my new menu that I created on my blog and let me know what you think!

EOS Lip Balm Review

The first time I saw EOS lip balms I wondered…what the heck is that? It was such an odd shape for a lip product. Big and bulky. But, yet I was intrigued and decided to pick one up. I used it quite a few times until this happened….

IMG_0172[1]

Anyway during Christmas I got a new one in my stocking and was I happy. Let’s just say my EOS lip balm is not allowed anywhere near Mirya my Shiba Inu.

DSC01400

So this is what the an EOS lip balm looks like. Kind of odd and bulky, but different and unique. Not every lip balm has to be in a boring tube or a tub. Lol!

DSC01401

I got the scent Strawberry Sorbet which smells divine! I love strawberries so I really liked this scent. There aren’t enough good words to describe how yummy this scent is! I love the feel of this balm of the lips. Goes on smooth and is super moisturizing. I hate when lip balms or any lip products are sticky! So glad that this one is not! But, that is mostly with lip glosses that has the sticky tendency.

DSC01402

I feel like with this lip balm there is a lot of product included and it will last a long time…well unless Mirya gets a hold of it! **Goes and makes sure EOS lip balm is safe**

DSC01403

Here is just a picture of their logo. In case you were wondering EOS means Evolution of Smooth.

Here is a link of their company site http://evolutionofsmooth.com/

Just a little more information on this strawberry sorbet lip balm (from their site)

eos lip balm in Strawberry Sorbet is 95% organic, 100% natural, and paraben and petrolatum free. Packed with antioxidant-rich vitamin E, soothing shea butter and jojoba oil, eos keeps your lips moist, soft and sensationally smooth.

  • Long-lasting moisture
  • Shea butter & vitamin E
  • Smoothes on clear
  • Precisely glides on lips
  • Twist-off top

This product is sold at a lot of stores such as: Ulta, Target, Walmart, etc. They also have quite a few other products such as: hand creams, body lotions,  and shave creams. Also hooray for being natural and paraben free!

Hope you enjoyed this quick short post. Comment and let me know if you have tried any EOS products and what you thought of them.

Also I finally figured out how to add a menu to my blog so check that out too! 🙂 Thanks Effie Wright and YouTube!

Mirya’s BarkBox Review!

So if you know me, you may already know that I am a big animal lover. I also love subscription box services. So when those two go together I am all 🙂 !!! BarkBox is a popular subscription service for dogs. I contemplated getting this for awhile but I never did until now because of the high price factor, but on Cyber Monday they had a promotion going on! I ended up signing up for a 3 month subscription for a pretty good price. I got mine for $14/month for 3 months.

choose3-f73273b339a288a8860208ff41d2257f choose1-c7f48a010ff833610dcb8f50497defb1 choose2-5372329485ef81a8fb06b45aa7bc8b4b top_header_box-ee41084be52bef6223e2d477fae4e153
Their normal pricing is:

  • $29 for 1 month
  • $24/month for 3 months
  • $19/month for 6 months

Their website is: https://barkbox.com/ (the pictures above are from their website)

If you’re new to my blog I got a Shiba Inu puppy whom I named Mirya (Meere-Rah) October of this year. She just turned 5 months on December 7th. She joined my 3 year old cat Molly.

IMG_0372

Picture of Mirya and I
from Christmas time this year.

Well let us get to the review…

20131225-211246.jpg

My initial impression was that it was very neat and I thought all the wording on the paper was cute!

20131225-211310.jpg

Getting excited! An overview of the inside!!

20131225-212347.jpg

This explains the products inside.

Since this photo is hard to read I will share with you the products Mirya received.

  1. Simply Fido: Simply Fido toys are much-loved by BarkBox subscribers for their adorable, interactive design. Tug, squeak, and snuggle away! They’re a favorite of Mother Earth as well, since they’re made with organic, non-toxic materials and low-impact, AZO-free dyes! (simplyfido.com)
  2. GoDog: Colorful, fuzzy, and squeaky, your pup is bound to become best friends with his new Yeti toy. We know- it’s counterintuitive for pups and mythical mountain monsters to become snuggle buddies, but if anyone can melt an ice giant’s heart, it’s probably your lil guy. (godogfun.com)
  3. Planet Dog: These Planet Dog treats are every bit as delicious and decadent as chicken pot pie itself, without any wheat, corn, or soy! Every biscuit is a feast in itself. Fun Fact: did you know pumpkin is a natural digestive aid and stomach-soother? (http://www.planetdog.com)
  4. Bistro Bites: Based in Fairfax, Virginia, Bistro Bites caters to pups on the smaller end of the size spectrum. Featuring healthy, size-appropriate goodies that are perfect for tiny mouths and itty bitty bites, these treats are wheat-free, gluten free, high in protein, and perfectly portioned. (http://www.bistro-bites.com/)
  5. Barkworthies: Made with 100% beef bladder, Barkworthies junior bully sticks are a BarkBox subscriber favorite. Pups find them both long-lasting and delicious! No chemicals or preservatives are used, making them a clear winner over other chews like rawhide. (www.barkworthies.com)
20131225-211414.jpg

My first impression of this company was A+ when I saw all the goodies inside!

20131225-211433.jpg

The moment Mirya got excited!

20131225-211529.jpg

Mirya and the blue little monster guy!

20131225-211551.jpg

Mirya and the little reindeer guy which is very fitting for December!

20131225-211610.jpg

Mirya took this toy and went to go play under the table. She really loved it! I had to chase her to get it back so I could cut the tags off for her.

20131225-211628.jpg

A close up of the toys! The Simply Fido dog toy on the left and the GoDog toy on the right.

20131225-211724.jpg

A close up of the treats included.
Planet Dog treats on the left and Bistro Bites on the right.

20131225-211731.jpg

I decided to open these treats first and save the other bag. Mirya loved these! She usually always sits and stays when I tell her to stay and grabs the treat when I tell her she can. Well with this treat she had selective hearing!

20131225-211755.jpg

A chew treat. I haven’t given this to her yet, but I know when I do she will love it. It is kind of weird that it has beef bladder in it, but I guess dogs love it!

So as you can tell Mirya was very excited to get her first BarkBox. She gave it her paw stamp of approval and will be waiting for another BarkBox to come!

So here is what I think of it!

PROS

  • neat idea for animal lovers and subscription box lovers
  • high quality toys that will last with Mirya and her love of chewing
  • high quality treats with good ingredients that are made in the USA
  • good amount of items included (full sized treat bags and not samples sized)
  • customization for size of dog (I picked small because she is still a puppy and will be around 15 to 20 pounds full grown)
  • BarkBox donates to dogs in need

CONS

  • price (even though I got it for a reasonable price because of Cyber Monday, I think the original price is a lot!)
  • What about the cats? This isn’t really a con about this box. But I think that this company should make a MeowBox because our kitties like treats and toys too!  My cat Molly got a 3 month subscription to Pawalla during the summer which I really liked but that company has now closed down 😦 !
  • I really don’t have that many bad things to say about this box. Shipping was good, quality is there, and Mirya is happy 🙂

BONUS!

What Mirya and Molly got in their Christmas stockings! Mirya probably didn’t need these toys because of her BarkBox but I got these toys awhile ago. But hey Mirya likes to chew and she needs toys all over because I don’t want her picking my woodwork to chew on instead because of boredom.

20131225-212443.jpg

20131225-212451.jpg

20131225-212505.jpg

20131225-212523.jpg

That concludes the end of this post! I will do more posts on BarkBox as the boxes come! So stay tuned! Also let me know if you have tried BarkBox! Also let me know if you have tried any other pet subscription services.

Mini Lush Haul!!!

Back in October when I went to Mall of America, (it is 2.5 hours away from where I live and the nearest Lush) I got these products from Lush. I just finally got around to posting them!

So here is what I got….

Snow Fairy Shower Gel

Oh how we’ve missed lathering up in those fluffy pink bubbles! We crave her bubblegum and sweet vanilla fragrance all year, and just can’t imagine the holidays without her. Or famous fairy contains a smattering of biodegradable shimmering luster (or as we like to call it, Fairy Dust), so she won’t harm the earth one little bit! Sparkly, pink and candy scented – what more could we ask for?! (From Lush website: http://www.lushusa.com/Snow-Fairy/9999902427,en_US,pd.html?start=5)

This shower gel smells amazing! It smells almost exactly like the bubblegum lip scrub so if you like that you will like this shower gel. I splurged and got the big bottle because I really like the scent. I have used this shower gel a few times and it does smell pretty strong in the bottle but gives the skin a nice subtly scent afterwards. It is also moisturizing and lathers really well meaning the bottle will last me a long time.

DSC00954

I think that the packaging is very fitting for the type of shower gel that it is.

DSC00956

Made fresh!

The Christmas Penguin

Isn’t he adorable? Inspired by the smallest penguins in the world (found on Philip Island, Australia), we’ve invented our very own tiny penguin for bubbly bathtime fun. Crumble yours under running water to create bubbly orange flower and bergamot glaciers – lovers of our Olive Branch shower gel will recognize Christmas Penguin’s fresh, cheery fragrance. Popping in the tub with this penguin is perfect way to relax after a long stressful day! (From Lush website: http://www.lushusa.com/The-Christmas-Penguin/03899,en_US,pd.html#q=penguin&start=3)

Yes, I did get this bubble bar because it was a penguin. He is just so adorable! I have not used this bubble bar yet because he is just too cute to use! I really do like the scent. I have tried the Olive Branch shower gel and I did like that scent too. It is just a very nice clean and neat scent. I read that it makes quite a bit of luscious bubbles.

Angel’s Delight Soap

When you’re need of some holiday cheer, ask the angels to help raise your spirits. Our best-selling Angel’s Delight soap returns with the same merry tangerine and orange scent we all love. Inspired by the popular English custard of the same name, our uplifting sudser is just as sweet and fruity as the beloved dessert. If you’re lucky enough to encounter a whole round of Angel’s Delight in store, you’re sure to be mesmerized by its beautiful gold moon “frame”. LUSH co-founders Mark and Mo Constantine happened upon a similar gilded frame in an antique shop while on an inspiration trip to Venice, but we think they may have surpassed the original design with this beautiful soap! I was really intrigued by the look of this soap in it’s full form and I decided I had to check it out.

Isn’t that the coolest design of soap EVER!?! Of course there was a ton of it missing by the time I saw it at Lush, but I still did get a good idea.

This is what my piece looked like! I did actually use up this soap already. I loved it! I will most likely buy it again next time I go to a Lush store. The scent reminds me of fruit punch. It isn’t an overpowering scent, I feel like it has the right amount of strength. This bar soap did moisturize my skin and did lather really well. I just wish that it could lather like that without them using Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. But, I still love Lush!

How am I 25 already? I thought I just turned 18!

Well today is my birthday! I just turned 25! I know I’m not very old, but I feel like I just turned 18. I remember as a kid I was so excited for a birthday and then when it turned into the next day I was like aah another 364 days before another one. When I was a young girl my aunt would always make these amazing character cakes and I loved that! Now that I am 25 birthdays aren’t as exciting. Other then my car insurance going down in price (now that I am 25) I’m like meh. But then again I am so happy to be alive and be able to celebrate my birthday year to year because as I get older and the more I work in the hospital I realize how precious and fragile life can be. It can be taken from a person within seconds. So I am glad to be turning 25 and I am excited for the future.

Two weekends ago my family got together to celebrate December birthdays. My birthday is exactly a week before my boyfriends. Christmas time gets busy so since my niece was having a dance recital we decided to go out to eat afterwards at Olive Garden and celebrate December birthdays! But here is the sad part, my boyfriend’s work made him work on Sunday last minute so he wasn’t able to come. 😦

Well Olive Garden is one of my favorite restaurants and a funny thing is the last time I was there was when I brought my boyfriend to meet my family. Well that was October of 2012. That’s what happens when the nearest Olive Garden is an hour away. It is a treat! I love my Italian food and I ended up getting Chicken Alfredo which is a favorite of mine.

So onto what I got…I am also very thankful to my family for the wonderful gifts!

The first thing I got was an amazing scarf with a bunch of different colors. By the way it is super soft and will be perfect for Winter time!

I got this necklace from my parents. It is by the company Origami Owl. Basically it’s a company were you pick your chain, locket, plate, and charms to make an amazing necklace. These necklaces basically can tell a story about someone. This company has a bunch of different charms from birthstones, to careers (they do have one for a RN for me), to animals, and to many different types of charms. These necklaces are very popular in the US.

Another close up of the locket. There are 2 December birthstones to symbolize my boyfriend Shawn and I (since we both have birthdays 7 days apart), a paw print (for Molly and Mirya), a heart (my love for my family), and a flower (I just thought it was pretty). I also have 2 dangling charms (a tree and then a black stone charm).

I also got some gift cards but I haven’t spent them yet.

So Sephora sent out a 20 dollar gift card to VIP members of their points system. I of course had to use it because it was like throwing away 20 dollars. So this is what I got…

Urban Decay’s Naked Palette

DSC01380

I decided to get the Naked palette because I have the Naked 2 and I know I want the Naked 3 because I love rose gold. I want to do a post on the comparison between them all.

Tarte Picture Perfect Eye Lash Curler

DSC01388

The eyelash curler came with a mini, “Lights, Camera, and Lashes” mascara.

Then my free Sephora birthday gift.

Sephora gives their members birthday gifts on their month of their birthday. I got 2 sample sizes from the brand Benefit. I am excited to try these products. It included a mascara , “They’re Real” sample and a highlighter, “Watt’s Up.”  I think the highlighter’s packaging is adorable with the light bulbs. Comment down below if you agree.

Well I hope you enjoyed this post! Let me know if you have any of the products above. Tonight I plan on going to get a manicure with my mom and then later I am going out to eat with some of my family.
